Return Process

  Prepare Package

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

  Attach Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
